(1)施工用電配電系統(tǒng)應(yīng)設(shè)置總配電箱、分配電箱、開(kāi)關(guān)箱,并按照“總-分-開(kāi)”順序作分級(jí)設(shè)置,并形成“三級(jí)配電”模式。
(1) The main distribution box, distribution box and switch box shall be set in the construction power distribution system, which shall be set in different levels according to the sequence of "main distribution open" and form a "three-level distribution" mode.
(2)施工用配電系統(tǒng)各配電箱、開(kāi)關(guān)箱的安裝位置要合理。總配電箱要盡量靠近變壓器或外電源處,以便電源的引入。分配電箱應(yīng)盡量安裝在用電設(shè)備或負(fù)荷相對(duì)集中的中 心地帶,確保三相負(fù)荷保持平衡。開(kāi)關(guān)箱安裝的位置應(yīng)視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況和工況盡量靠近其控制的用電設(shè)備。
(2) The installation position of each distribution box and switch box of construction power distribution system shall be reasonable. The main distribution box should be close to the transformer or external power supply as far as possible to facilitate the introduction of power supply. The distribution box shall be installed in the central area where the electric equipment or load is relatively concentrated as far as possible to ensure the balance of three-phase load. The installation position of the switch box shall be close to the electrical equipment controlled by it as far as possible according to the site conditions and working conditions.
(3)保證臨時(shí)用電配電系統(tǒng)三相負(fù)荷平衡,施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的動(dòng)力用電和照明用電應(yīng)形成兩個(gè)用電回路,動(dòng)力配電箱與照明配電箱應(yīng)該分別設(shè)置。
(3) To ensure the three-phase load balance of the temporary power distribution system, the power and lighting power on the construction site should form two power circuits, and the power distribution box and lighting distribution box should be set separately.
(4)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有用電設(shè)備必須有各自的專用的開(kāi)關(guān)箱。
(4) All electrical equipment on the construction site must have their own special switch box.
(5)各級(jí)配電箱的箱體和內(nèi)部設(shè)置必須符合規(guī)定,開(kāi)關(guān)電器應(yīng)標(biāo)明用途,箱體應(yīng)統(tǒng)一編號(hào)。停止使用的配電箱應(yīng)切斷電源,箱門上鎖。成套電氣廠家固定式配電箱應(yīng)設(shè)置圍欄,并有防雨防砸措施。
(5) The cabinet and internal setting of distribution boxes at all levels must comply with safety regulations. The purpose of switchgear shall be indicated and the cabinet shall be numbered uniformly. The power supply shall be cut off and the door shall be locked when the distribution box is out of service. The fixed distribution box of complete electrical manufacturer shall be provided with fence and rain proof and smashing proof measures.

配電箱一般是家庭用的,而配電柜則多用在集中供電中,比如說(shuō)工業(yè)用電和建筑用電等,配電箱和配電柜都屬于成套設(shè)備,配電箱屬于低壓成套設(shè)備,配電柜有高壓有低壓。
