3. Avoid closing the circuit breaker and load switch when the grounding switch is in the closed position. 4、避免在帶電時誤合接地開關(guān)。（只要在斷路器分閘狀況，才干操作阻隔開關(guān)或手車才干從作業(yè)方位退試驗方位，才干合上接地開關(guān)）

5、避免誤入帶電間隔。（只要隔室不帶電時，才干開門進入隔室）變配電室的“五防”即防火、防水、防雷、防雪、防小動物。“一通”即保持通風杰出。
